How Dolly Parton’s
Imagination Library Works

Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of London puts books into the hands of children across our community. We partner with the Dollywood Foundation of Canada to provide high-quality books each month to participating children age 0-5. We partner with generous local sponsors and donors to fund the program so there is no cost to families.

The Dollywood Foundation funds and provides the infrastructure of the Imagination Library.

The Dollywood Foundation coordinates book selections, negotiates wholesale purchasing and printing and coordinates monthly book mailing.

Our local London affiliate promotes the program and finds and enrolls children.

Our local London affiliate must fundraise to pay for the cost of the books (about $3.85 per book or $46 per child per year).

Vital community raised funds go 100% to serving children in London.
